Book Blogger Hop & Follow Friday

Book Blogger Hop is a fun meme hosted by Crazy For Books. Enter your link and go hop around other blogs that are out there, ready to be discovered!

Since this is the last week of school for the year, I haven't been doing much! Hopefully I can get some reading done in the next 2 weeks of no school!

What do you consider the most important in a story: the plot or the characters?

Well, when I pick up a book the plot is something that makes me want to read the book. Once I've started reading it, I think it's important that the book has good characters.

To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
  1. Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host { Parajunkee.com } and any one else you want to follow on the list.
  2. Follow our Featured Bloggers
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can
Carmel is studying web design... What did you study in college, or are currently studying and did it lead to your current 9 to 5 or are you doing something totally different?

I can't really answer that since I'm still in high school! I don't really know what I want to study, hopefully I'll find out soon!

  8. I did not go to college, and I am currently retired. I worked for over 15 years in the secretarial division of Emery Air Freight in the 1960s and 1970s. I was a stay-at-home mom for the 1980s and 1990s, and now I am helping my daughter with her business, Tribute Books as the volunteer office manager.

I love to look at blog designs and header designs.

Lots of good answers to this week's tough question about what is more important.

Stop by my blog to see my answer to this week's question.

Also check out a design site I found...pretty neat home decorating ideas...it is in the right side panel on my blog.

  13. Found you via the hop and look forward to following. From what I've read of the hop answers, it seems like a good plot is often the hook that draws folks in but strong characters are what keep them reading. So, I guess readers want it all :)
