Book Blogger Hop & Follow Friday!

Book Blogger Hop is a fun meme hosted by Crazy For Books. Enter your link and go hop around other blogs that are out there, ready to be discovered!

This week was less stressful compared to last week. This also means I got to read a bit more! I feel like homework is taking over my reading time which isn't good. I've sort of gotten into a routine. Now I just have to follow it.

If you could physically put yourself into a book or series…which one would it be and why?

I don't even have to think too hard about this one! I have to say that I've always loved the world of Harry Potter so I'll say Harry Potter. I love the books and the world. Even though it might be kind of dangerous it's something that I would enjoy. I mean come on, who doesn't like wizards or magic? =)

To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:

  1. Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host { Parajunkee.com } and any one else you want to follow on the list.
  2. Follow our Featured Bloggers
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing.

  5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can
Inspired by the inane twitter trend of #100factsaboutme, give us five BOOK RELATED silly facts about you.

So I don't know if they will be silly but here are 5 book related facts.
  1. My mom has actually hidden some of my books so I stopped reading and did something else. It doesn't work since I always find my books.
  2. I don't need bookmarks to remember where I left on a book. People have tried to make me forget my page by closing the book without me noticing. Again it doesn't work.
  3. I rarely reread books. I usually remember my favorite parts of the book and read those parts. Most of the time it's the majority of the book.
  4. If there's ever an earthquake (I live in a seismic zone) I think I would worry more about my books damaging than getting to a safe place. I don't think it's something you should be thinking about.
  5. I hate having books that don't match. Like some being paperback and the others being hardcover or the covers not matching or the size of the books.

If you're visiting, make sure you leave your link and I'll make sure to visit your blog!

  1. Haha, your facts are just cute! Especially the one about your mom hiding your books. I couldn't stand that! I'm horrible and finding things. I don't understand how people can just know where they left off in a book. I always need bookmarks. I'm a bit OCD about book matching as well.

Here's my Follow Friday + Book Blogger Hop:

  2. I chose Potter, too. It's such an amazing series... but I think I'd want to be in the happier parts of the series haha. Love your blog, by the way. I'm a new follower!

  3. Hi
Just hopping by and following through. I usually can find the page I was at without any trouble as well :)

  5. Hi! Hopping by! Harry Potter is an epic series. But...I haven't experience it yet via the books. Only through the movies!

If you want, drop by my blog and see what series I would love to be in..

    Here's my post.

  6. Apologies in advance for my answer this week as it will not immediately resonate with the book blogger population which happens to be 99.5% female.

My choice is a book series geared towards guys which won’t enthrall the vast majority of my fellow book bloggers (who are almost entirely female) with the extensive discussion of powerful weapons and sexy milspec gear, beautiful women, eye-popping action sequences (with occasionally obscene violence), and the like.

But there IS something in my answer that just about everyone of the female persuasion can benefit from my decidedly “books for guys” post. Hop on over to http://www.howardsherman.net to find out what it is.

    Happy Hop Friday!

  7. I chose Harry Potter too! It can't be overlooked, I mean really... who doesn't want to learn magic in school and get into all kinds of mischief?

  8. I hate when the bindings don't match either! I try to keep them all the same. I'm already a follower! My FF is at Coffee Table Press

  9. I'm seeing a lot of Harry Potter answers today! It really would be an awesome world to visit! That's awesome that you can always remember where you left off in a book! :) Here's my Hop!

  10. While Harry wasn't my first choice he was a close runner up =o) I am a new follower and how you get a chance to stop by my blog to check out my answers

  11. Hopping through. I'd definitely like to live in HP's world.

  12. Hi! I hate having books that don't match as well. I think I'd also freak about my books in an earthquake or fire.
